Store Policy
We have a strict return policy here at PFK. There is no warranty on any livestock we sell to you, including all fish, coral, and invertebrates. If you were to return something not listed below, there is no cash or credit card refunds, store credit only. The returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, along with the original receipt. If you return the item outside 30 days, you will not get a refund.
The following items cannot be returned: Live stock, AI LED & controller, 5 Gallon water containers, battery powered air pumps, and lightbulbs.
For your safety, please DO NOT stick your hands in the tanks. Some fish can be considered dangerous and will hurt you. We know you love fish, but we want you to be safe.
Privacy & Safety
We keep all of your information private. The only time you will give us your information is when you would like your receipt emailed to you from the cash register in the store. We do not give out any personal information to anyone.
